recently I decided to cut out caffeine … again. lol
I try and ween myself off the java every couple of years or so and it’s that time again. In it’s place i’m trying protein shakes!
I’m trying out Vega One brand of shakes- it gives me the greens and proteins that i don’t get on a regular basis. I’ve never been a breakfast type person so this fits perfectly into my early (way early) mornings. The taste is actually a refreshing change of berries and i’m adding a little MACA powder to give it a little kick too : )
It’s been about a week and i have to say…its going ok. it only takes a few minutes to mix it up before i head out and it seems to be working fine. I’m not missing my usual double/double/espresso shot…well not that much anyways
the only draw back? … i have to go pee twice as much hahahaha
oh well, the trade off isn’t too bad : )
