The hottest ticket around right now for a concert is the Tragically Hip. Seeing as this could be the final tour ever due the news that Gord Downie has brain cancer, scalpers are taking full advantage of jacking up the price of tickets. I found this link on Kijiji for this guy in Winnipeg who is selling over 100 different tickets at different prices for the show. Check out the link!
Now the big question is, HOW DID HE GET SO MANY TICKETS???? Like I can understand if he got a row of tickets, but he has lower bowl, upper bowl and front row! Just crazy.
Buying concert tickets needs to go back to how it was 40 years ago. Back in the day when you didn’t have the internet and the ability to buy tickets online. Tickets for such an event should be sold at the venue and the venue only and if you wanted the best seats in the house, you camped out for 3 days to get front row.
At least then if someone sells the ticket online then you know it’s someone local and not from Toronto jacking up the price so you have to pay triple!
