The City of Melville is waiving tipping fees at the landfill for the week of October 17th-21st, 2023.

Residents and schools within Melville can discard leaves, broken tree branches, grass clippings, and small yard debris at the landfill free of charge.

The City has offered free tipping for several years to promote a cleaner community.

As in previous years, a driver’s license or a utility bill showing a Melville address is required for entry into the landfill.
