Toby is about 1 year old. Up to date with yearly vaccinations and neutered. Toby is as friendly and cuddly as they come. His face looks older like he had a rough start to life or maybe he might even be a year or so older. So, he is loving the finer things in life like a foster home that loves and takes care of him. Toby gets along with other cats and dogs. Toby really is the sweetest cat, and anyone would be lucky to add him to their home. Toby had a lump on his neck, but it will be removed.
