With less than a month to go before the puck drops on the 2024 IIHF World Junior Championship, Hockey Canada has announced the 30 players invited to Canada’s National Junior Team selection camp, Dec. 10-13 in Oakville, Ontario.

Among the invitees is local product & Strathclair, Manitoba’s Conor Geekie of the Wenatchee Wild.

The Yellowhead Chief alumni in 25 games this season has 20 goals, 29 assists for 49 points which puts in a tie for 3rd in WHL scoring.
The selected players if successful in making Team Canada will wear the Maple Leaf at the 2024 IIHF World Junior Championship, Dec. 26-Jan. 5 in Gothenburg, Sweden.
