The 2023 Canadian Senior Curling Championships wrapped up over the weekend in Vernon, BC and both Saskatchewan rinks are coming home with Silver medals.
On the women’s side, Nancy Martin & her rink which consisted of Deanna Doig, Yorkton-born Nancy Inglis and Yorkton product Cathy Inglis fell in the Gold Medal game, 10-4 to Susan Froud and Team Ontario.
Meanwhile in the Senior Men’s Gold Medal game, Saskatchewan’s rink skipped by Bruce Korte dropped a tight 4-3 decision to Paul Flemming of Nova Scotia.
