The Melville Millionaires have announced that Assistant Geordie Wudrick will be leaving the SJHL club to becoming the Head Coach & GM of the Creston Valley Thunder Cats of the KIJHL starting in the 2024/25 season.
The 33 year old spent one season behind the bench as Asst. Coach with the Moneymen helping them to their first playoff berth in 6 season and a Viterra division title alongside Head Coach & GM Doug Johnson.
As a player, Wudrick was a third round NHL draft pick of the LA Kings and enjoyed a lengthy career in the Western Hockey League, USPORTS with the University of New Brunswick and UBC, and professionally in the ECHL, SPHL and in Europe.
