King Charles Seeks Shepherd with Dog to Handle 2,000 Royal Sheep—Bring Your Woolly Game!

King Charles III is on the lookout for a shepherd to tend his 2,000 royal sheep—and your trusty dog better come along for the ride! The Sandringham Estate needs someone with at least two years of shepherding experience to manage their flock of Aberfield sheep on their 200-hectare playground.

The gig involves daily sheep wrangling, winter housing, and spring calving of cattle. Ideal applicants must be self-motivated, top-notch animal lovers, and bring their own working dog (no “borrowed” pooches allowed). A full driving license is also required because, well, even royal shepherds need to get around.

Oh, and if you’re passionate about livestock and can handle an innovative approach to farming, this might just be your dream job. Applications are due by September 27, so don’t miss the chance to be the King’s personal sheep boss!
