Will Brown had two goals in his return to the lineup, while Elias Giaccarri-Dimitriou stopped 31 shots to lead the Swan Valley Stampeders to a 5-1 victory over the Portage Terriers on Sunday night.
Ben Groome, Trace Langan and Dobie Unrau also scored for the Stampeders who got out to a 5-0 lead through two periods.
Rhett Platt ruined the shutout of the Stamps netminder with the Terriers’ lone goal with 4:28 left in regulation.
